The above were lands that were spoke of here.....Cush, was one of those lands.

It has absolutely nothing to do with skin color. So as to your saying...."Cushites to be dark skinned but I don't know how the base their opinion."....You are right to question that "opinion". It has no basis in scripture.
Zipporah was the daughter of Jethro, who was a descendant of Abraham through his son Midian, by his second wife Keturah.
Gen 25:1-2
1 Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.
2 And she bare him Zimran, and Jokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah.
So Jethro, a descendant of Abraham was a Medianite priest, who lived in the land of Cush (The land settled by Cush, the descendant of Noah) or AKA Ethiopia.... His daughter Zipphorah became the wife of Moses...She was known as an Ethiopian simply because that is the where she resided.
