Herm...or anyone on the string - Does the 30 day wash rule apply to institutions as well (ie. mutual funds). I was also wondering if we might see a bounce in a stock like VVUS, that took a hit on Dec 10th, pop back up a little on the couple of days after the 30 days is up - in otherwards, investors using the loss for tax purposes but still wanting to own the stock at this level.
