Now that I have stopped laughing let me see if I understand you correctly. CSGI gave people millions of shares of stock instead of cash to pay off "long-term" debt and they have registered in a S-1 to be able to sell almost 3 million of them. AND YOU THINK MAYBE DUMPING UP TO 3 MILLION SHARES IS NO BIG DEAL??? MOUHAHAHAHAHA!!!! A "little" slap in the face. Mouhahahaha!!!
