it might have been, i have been on vacation the past couple of weeks and am just going through my mags and found it. this is an article worth posting twice. sorry for the re-post. this was front page, top story in interactive week. interesting stuff on the expansion, fiber, buyout, ixc deal (scary that the psix needs to hit 24 by 2000).... the best comprehensive article i have seen on psix.
