let's discuss some of themes in this article. "aggressive growth strategy that will include the creation of an Internet-based telephone subsidiary" can they pull this off? so far the internet based telephony is still a pipe dream with many contenders. the positives inlude they will have the fiber (backbone), they have pops, and they are not newbies to the internet, but can they pull all this together? internet telephony is bound to grow substantially since it still is in its infantsy stage. is it still to early to enter? but to become a clec, this is an interesting strategy.
