I'm relatively new to this thread, but what if ASND acquired Shiva...to get its market share. I think the whole networking business is ripe for consolidation....and its already well underway. There is only room for a few giants in this market. Cisco is big enough, as are 3com and Bay. ASND needs to get bigger FAST....what is the cash situation and who could they acquire.......to survive...ASND needs to DOUBLE its revenues by the year 2K. Mark
