Can't find the post, but somewhere around here I said that it was possible that 47 et al. could be looking for an epitope that is buried in the RBC membrane. The Celgene antibody, CC-90002, has high affinity for CD47 while not promoting hemagglutination. AACR abstract, pointer from dough.
