From the press releases I have read, Asensio said the injunction against Acquarius would come soon (no dates here, the court decides when) and as far as I know all the source code that was necessary was handed to CDN.
Jan 15, they will vote on more shares for the merger and need a shareholder approval (which means that the shareholders should not be pissed off at that time).
However, the merger vote is a lose-lose situation for AVNT whether it carries or not.
I don't know of any other events happening that time.
