Why on earth would you need to believe in a theory to be competent to administer and govern? Evolutionary theory has taught us clever species adapt to their environment. Inept species go scratching around looking for freebies and rely on handouts or gamble their nuts away with other squirrels go extinct. Be adept Koan and adapt. The look on Koan's face when he realized the universe had no opinion of him.
