Of course, these markets may well recover, they probably will, I always tend to give these markets the benefit of the doubt... but, you say it's a slam dunk... then why don't you take out five mortgages on your home and on your ranch and bet everything you own on it since you're so convinced it's a slam dunk, are you willing to do that??? I doubt you would... please be intellectually honest in your reply... TIA
