Keith...From what I hear, it appears the buyout is still going to take place. It appears fair value for the stock would be around $27 bucks. Extremely undervalued at this point. Noticed where the Co. put out another press release stating basically that the talks were still ongoing and everything looked fine. People at ERAW appear to still be very upbeat about the merger. Stock sure has been hit hard in the last couple of months.
