I've got a user that cannot reach the hotel login page for Wi-Fi using their work computer. If they use their personal tablet or laptop they have no issues. I've suggested that they go to a non-secure http:// web address as the secure sites can confuse the router. However, they still are not being re-directed to the hotel login page on the work laptop. Could this be an add-blocker or virus protection issue? I thought about disabling IPv6 to see if that resolves the issue. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
