Hey Mike! Im doing great, how about yourself? I've just been taking a sabbatical and getting off the grind a bit. Vacation in the south of France! I wish... :o) I'm pretty impressed with MLSC's recent developments, and I especially like their entry into non-medical markets. This should greatly improve their opportunities for near term revenue. I don't know H20's phone number, or anything much about them at all, but I trust that Kulas has good people instincts, and that this will be a good "marriage." I also just recieved the shareholders letter and wondered why it took so long to recieve it. Talk to ya later, Cindy
