TC: What added words are you referring to? What you have posted is dated 12/22/97 and appears to be the text of the original SEC trading halt order. This is almost as confusing to me as MJW's constant reference to a statement by" PRTI's Lawyer" but not indicating where this statement was issued and to whom it was issued. I cannot find any SEC filing, PRNewswire or Business Wire report of such a statement. Was this inof given directly to MJW in a phone conversation or is he repeating something he was told by a third party and is willing to post it as accurate?. Need some help on both of these questions. TLW
