I was able to resolve the issue of a user not getting to the hotel Wi-Fi login page. I advised them to go to the tools menu of Internet Explorer. Then go to Advanced Tab> Reset Button> Select everything> Reset. The user verified that they can now get to the login page for hotel guest Wi-Fi.

As always, Internet Explorer sucks.
