I am shocked. Manilow is gay. And I hate to admit I lost one of the cutest 19 year olds I ever met when I was in college because I said, "That dude's gay." We were getting along great until that bastard started singing on the radio. She was highly offended that Manilow, who she adored, might have been gay. She would never even speak to me after that. I really thought it was going to work out. Of course, I never thought about the fact it could have been something else. Oh, well. people.com
