If China doesn't want to be held hostage, they can deal with him. SK, Japan, and other nations who look to us should be told, (loudly enuf for NK to hear), that 25M North Koreans are being held hostage, and will be turned to carbon and shadows on the wall about 30 minutes after they do something nuclear.


Of course, there is the possibility that he wants suicide by nuclear cop.
