Isn't it true that in 2009-2010 Obamacare promised to eliminate this problem?

Given that we had a 1.5 year long national ordeal in which Democrats took control of the issue, tried to solve it, and couldn't, what exactly do you want to see happen?

Do you want a more government-centric plan given this bloody failure?
