Given all the new FDA regulations, are people bullish on the medical device industry as a whole? We've definitely seen an explosion in fitness trackers / watches / etc but churn seems higher than one would like. On the flip side, doctors and medical students have no incentive to utilize that new data in clinical practice unless they get reimbursed for it. Given that there are supply constraints on new residents entering medical school and the long lead times involved with passing the MCAT, applying to residency etc, seems like a long haul.
