It seems you lack a sense of perspective, so you are terrible at deductive logic. It doesn't matter that the 13th century is when they came up with the scientific method, it wasn't until recently that science really refined its abilities to monitor itself and conduct experiments.

That goes for all things cultural and scientific. You spend your entire time off in the weeds pulling extraneous stuff together as though it all fits.

The fact that you can't see that the scientists today are much more numerous and sophisticated and most likely correct about anthropogenic global warming says it all. The evidence is overwhelming.

And in the 13th century scientists were not allowed to challenge the church. If they did they were tortured and killed.

<<You do realize the scientific method dates to the 13th Century, right? That, after all, is what we're talking about, not science per se.
