JP, when you posted "weeks ago", I for one figured you were just finding out about the July private placement of 1,000,000 shares at a buck per. This 10,000,000 share placement is news to me. Maybe your like that guy on the new TV series that gets the newspaper a day ahead of time? <G>. Sam
