At least Trump delivered the evidence of the fact, that no sarin was bunkered at the air base hit by the Tomahawks :)

We thus know more.

That said, the swift piece of action in no way was a mistake, because it delivered the message loud and clear to Russia, China - and - to North Korea, that after 8 years of Obama appeasement politics, US is back on the map in a serious way.
