Dear FUBHO,

- A poll can only be participated in within the thread upon which the poll was created.

- A thread may be configured such that only the Moderator of the thread can create polls.

- The FAMD thread does not permit the creation of polls by other than SI Administrators. I can think of too many bad ways this might be abused, particularly in the environment of that particular thread.
