I recently started getting this message:

“Problem starting TaskSchedulerHelper.dll. The specified module could not be found.”

I think it was about concurrently that my browsing slowed, though there are intermittent periods when it seems just fine.

I was running an original install of WIN10 with

3.00 gigahertz Intel Pentium G3220
128 kilobyte primary memory cache
512 kilobyte secondary memory cache
3072 kilobyte tertiary memory cache

I have ran sfc /scannow several times, then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth,then MSFT autoruns WIN10 update from
thewindowsclub.com.
Sad past experience leaves me jumpy about the other fixes programs I find online.
Any suggestions?
