To Phil and all, I have been scratching my head about the recent movement up for OCCF. Not to say I mind but I just want to understand the reason. It almost broke through 10/share today. I find no significant news to justify the move. There are a number of minor issues that could be considered as positive: forecasts for 1998 growth in cable market Deregulation of phone services for countries in Africa, Asia? Sony investment in tv/internet business Any comments from other investors?
