ATML] ATMEL SAYS 1998 OUTLOOK 'SOMEWHAT UNCERTAIN'. ATML is a major FLASH producer....looks like FLASH is having margin problems.....Wonder if INTC is feeling it too. ATML also said that they will be cutting back capital spending in 1998...."lowered our capital expenditure plan to $250,000,000 in 1998 from the original budget of $400,000,000." dave
