Vince to make your story "work" you need to modify it a bit... Someone offers you a watch that SHOULD be worth $200, only right now the one he's showing you isn't exactly up and running, it needs just a little more work... Oh, yeah, and for $20 you can OWN this watch, ahhh only you can't HAVE it exactly... it's ah ah "restricted" that means you can't USE it or give it away, or SELL it, or do ANYTHING with it - but I promise that in 2 years I'll let you sell it on your own after I "register" it. So NOW is it worth $20? Sure, probably, but it ain't worth $200!
