Banks and Funds are screaming for new investments, however, they are adverse to risk. To eliminate most of the risk they rely on financial reports. In order to do that they have to be audited. Once audited financials are made available the whole world changes for the company. Risk is averted and with new funds available the company expands and the banks now have income they didn't have before. In this system the company and the banks feed each other and begin a beautiful relationship. As the company's income rises so does it stock price. This in turn produces big smiles on the stock holders faces.
