Dunno precisely, but perhaps depends on which neighbors ?

Trump promised he can deal w/ the n.korean problem on own; fabulous.

At the moment team China seems content to watch & brief, whereas USA, Japan and maybe even s.korea are all enthusiastically chomping at the bits to go go go

Either all a bluff, in which case if called, bad scene

Or not a bluff, in which case a different bad scene.

The American fleet cannot stay in near n.korea without action for long, and n.korea cannot be taken out by a few tomahawks.

The n.korean regime seem quite not-caring to all sorts of threats. The n.koreans have heretofore been either very good poker players or not been playing all along.

Let us wait and see, watch & brief.
