I don't know and I don't care. What I do know is:

A DOT-111 tank car carries over 34,000 gallons at maximum capacity.

Even the largest version of the 747 holds only 64,000 gallons of fuel for the 800 version.

And I know that no one really needs to fly to Australia to crawl and swim over a reef at all.
