Does the judge think that requiring a photo ID discriminates against minorities because minorities are too stupid to know how to get one, are not able to get one because they have no transportation or are just too mud dumb to know what a photo ID looks like? Man, that sounds like discrimination to me. If I was a minority I would be offended. I would also be offended by one test for whites and a dumbed down test for minorities. It would offend me to be given an extra 20 points on a test just because I was a minority. I would be offended by whites thinking I cannot compete with them just because I was a minority. If I was a minority I would tell Mr. Whiteydogooder that "I don't need nobody to give me nuthin, just open the door, and I'll get it myself". James Brown wrote the song. Check it out on UTube. youtube.com This song was hated by Al Sharpton. When ask about it AL said James did not understand a lot of things. James Brown was one of the hardest working entertainers to come along.
