That's right! It's not as though I didn't give Mike Kugler plenty of tips on where to research. He chose in his arrogant style to ignore all of them, contending he had already done his DD. I doubt that Mike does much research himself, but gets others to look into things for him.

Keep in mind that he has no intention of finding the TRUTH! Only what will further his cause of BASHING this company and it's Shareholders. I think it's apalling that a Known Broker can violate a Code of Ethics and not be held accountable. As far as I'm concered every post that a broker makes to a stock message board should have a disclaimer attached to it so everyone will know that they are dealing with a professional stock broker.
