Market down; I continue to deploy cash. Add to NYCB (positives: dividend yield, niche market - NYC rent control apts. Negative: management competence, management communication of strategic plan(s). Add to C. Citigroup reported better than expected quarter. Stock down today at $58. Tangible bv maybe $65 might give a margin of safety. (Who knows?) Add to FSIC. Dividend yield attracts. finance.yahoo.com Add to NCLH. Analysts/management say business is getting better. Low forward p/e if that turns out to be so.
