Harold, Good pickup. Kerschner names GZTC as a possible takeover candidate in 1998 which in this case would be quite simple for Genzyme to pull-off since it already owns approximately 44% of GZTC's stock. Why the hefty move in price? Well Paine Webber is probably in MM in the stock so they pushed up the stock yesterday on light volume and followed up with some more demand today as the story hit Dow Jones news service which flashed it to the rest of the country. Let's hope we stabilize in here above $10 again. I will try to give a technical update later on for those interested. GS
