Tax payers pay for staff and security lodging, meals, etc at his resorts. Everything puts money in his pocket. Example: Secret Svc has spent $35K so far on golf cart rentals to follow him around his golf courses.

Another beauty of his resorts is no one knows who he visits with and cuts deals with.
