You can never rule out the death penalty. If they find that asshole who murdered a poor old man tonight in cold blood, just for the hell of it, on Facebook, he really needs to be put to death. On facebook would be okay with me. This is the reason you can't have a rule against death penalty. The minute you do, some dipshit comes along just begging for it. And you would just have to accommodate it. It is like you banned the death sentence and go to the door and there is fucking OJ standing there. What are you going to do? Stick to your word? Or blow that bastard's head off?
