Brumar, that was just one example of how the article you posted was shoddy journalism.

North Korea always readies itself for "war." This was true even when Obama was in office, and he was the president LEAST likely to attack North Korea since the armistice of 1953.

Meanwhile, hardly any resident in Seoul gives a damn. They're busy trying to recover from the impeachment of Geun-Hye Rodham Park.
