These things are just survivor bias and hindsight bias. Just like sports. The losing team rarely admits they were beaten; they analyze and blame themselves for "losing." Some of it is helpful in review, some is just blame by the people who helped fuel the loss to begin with. Dirty tricks, disinformation voter suppression, gerrymandering and the cult-like hate for the Clinton on the entire right and the far left were impossible to overcome. She was not a good choice for a candidate thanks to the decades of BS anti-Clinton attacks by Limbaugh and many others. Post election Pizzagate was the biggest example. America swallowed the bullshitter's populism and willingness to express American exceptionalism to make them ALL rich. Until our broad left spectrum accepts that the enemy is the GOP machine, that would have smeared and killed Bernie too - we will continue to lose. it starts with understanding that there is a colossal difference between Obama and Hillary vs. Trump and Pence, and Ryan too.
