......i keep waiting for japan to get a grip. the changes they are making are very slow although in the right direction.

......i just bought 5K worth of korea. i will probably put another 5K to work each month this quarter and then hold it for 2-3 years. but i won't buy japan unless i see some more tax cuts and deregulation.

......korea SEEMS to be doing more in the first 3 months than japan has done in 5 years. but i could be very wrong--i know that this is risky.
