Then we need the government to negotiate bulk drug prices Why negotiate? They can just mandate. This is true for everything health related including doctor's pay. No incentive for anyone to develop new drugs, devices, let alone go into the medical field. The Obamacare disaster is nothing compared to what would happen with single payer.
