Your 60 hour week is prolly wrong......almost all the doc's around here belong to groups and work banker hours and no week ends unless they're on call....... All those expenses you mentioned are business expenses and come off the top, correct? So add the unpaid part of the bill which, if paid, would be revenue and taxes drop into the mud? No?
