I didn't get it all wrong, but I did copy the figure incorrectly. I should have said 23 percent, which was what I read and what in I intended to write. Koans claim was that people don't go to the ER for non emergent care and the correct point is that almost 1 in four visits are non emergent. It in no way changes the meaning of my post in showing that koan is full of shit. It was a typo on my part but my point is still proven. If you fix it and reread the entire exchange koan's claim is still wrong and mine is still right. What part of this do you not understand?
