I think you are right.. PRTI legally owned the shares of MVPH and they wouldn't "give " them to RMCW just because RMCW "claimed" they were damaged. It would take a court decision to determine ownership if they don't agree. The MVPH shares have been distributed to the PRTI shareholders haven't they?

Wrong again! MVPH did distribute 4 mil shares to PRTI stockholders but they aren't the same shares.

Per PRTI's Attorney on 1/5/98 - PRTI assigned the 4 mil shares of MVPH to RMCW because they claimed in essence 15Mil in damages. <EOD>
