I think there is a myth about bridging the gap between the left and the middle. Try and think of a single thing that the middle wants to do that the left would have objection to, that makes sense?

The left generally has its head screwed on right and has pretty good answers to most social questions because they employ basic modern sociology 101. What we lefty's were doing in Alaska. Sociology 101.

This idea that the left is radical is another myth. FDR was considered a radical at the time and today many of us consider him the best president of the last century.

I think most basic Democrats would have been okay with Bernie once they got to know him a little better. I have listened to him time and again and his ideas are solid. So who can argue with solid ideas?

And 2020 will be juicy so lets get the things we want like universal health care, etc.
