Needs more CASH to buy ASCEND...I don't believe its a pooling of interest if they don't trade shares? But I really don't have a clue about that stuff<vbg> I had looked at this annoucement earlier and wondered if there a connection to ASND. I do not believe so since $500 million is not enough althoug LU has a lot cash already. Glenn
