First you made up a claim that most coral divers use permanent moors that somehow never hurt the nearby coral. Today you claim they don't anchor at all.

I've never been scuba diving, but I understand businesses and coral reef diving is a business. Boat owners take divers out every day and they go to the same places day in day out. They have to be cognizant of dangers of not bringing back their divers alive so they're unlikely to just let their customers drift away and hope to follow them in the boat.
