I wish I could do a survey of sellers and ask them why they are selling. Then I would shake them real hard and try to wake them up.

Who is selling? Why? When will they run out of stock to sell?

If the analysts are on our side and every other printed word you read is postive, then where the hell are these sellers getting the info they are basing the sell decisions on?

It's pure horsecrap.

Added note on Jefferies on CDG:

Over the longer term, we believe the stock could trade to $105-$110 based on reinvestment of free cash flow in excess of $115 million in 1998 and 1999, and investment of incremental debt capacity of $200 million at 4X interest coverage.

Note: MDCO is selling at a PE of 5 times 1999 estimate.
