I argue that you are confusing correlation with causality. Yes, many people in Ghettos have less education than people in other areas. That is not the cause of the violence.

The cause of the violence is a combination of slavery, which destroyed family structure among its many horrors, government policies that made it difficult for blacks to obtain savings and wealth, employment discrimination, production of vast amounts of guns, etc.

That is not to say that education is a bad thing for those neighborhoods, but it trivializes the totality of the problem.

Steve Jobs liked to illegally park in Handicapped Parking. While that trait is correlated with his success, it wasn't the cause of it.
