That's more a reflection on you and the company you keep. I know of no similar cases resulting from false charges among the thousands of corporate co-workers I've had over the years. In the cases I'm aware of where people were fired, HR proceeded very cautiously, investigated thoroughly, and made the determination based on their investigation. In each case, most of us were relieved to see the person go, not just those who had been subject to direct harassment. O'Reilly was a dick to people across all walks of life for decades. Did the "good men" you know sometimes act like this?
