There is an issue of add-ons and plug-in extensions that cannot or do not work properly in the 64-bit versions. There's also an issue of if something isn't broke. For how I use most browsers the 64-bit versions tend to be more stable running longer without issue.

The most important issue may be the amount of ram on the pc, 64-bit versions draw more resources, my main laptops have 32gb each so this isn't an issue for me but if you only have 4-8gb of ram on a system the 32-bit version will probably run better and help for more multitasking. fwiw.
